How to download YouTube community post images
Copy the link
Open the post and tap Share → Copy link. For a whole channel, copy the channel page address (youtube.com/@name).
Paste it here
Paste it into the box above and press “Get images”.
Download
Download images one by one, or press “Download all” to get a single ZIP file.
Why not just right-click save?
Community posts are YouTube's version of a status update: a few lines of text with one image, a carousel of several images, or a poll. Saving them from the page is awkward. The image you right-click is a resized copy made for the feed, a carousel has to be saved one slide at a time, and there is no way to save every post a channel has made.
| Right-click save | This tool | |
|---|---|---|
| Quality | A resized copy | The original file |
| Multi-image posts | One slide at a time | One ZIP |
| Whole channel | Not possible | Tick the posts you want |
| File names | A random string | Channel_PostID_Number |
What you can download
Original images
The largest size YouTube keeps for the post. Need a smaller file? Pick Large, Medium or Small under each image.Every image in a carousel
All images in a multi-image post are listed at once, in order, ready to save together.A whole channel
Paste a channel link to list its recent posts that have images, untick what you don't need and download the rest as one ZIP.What it can't do
- Members-only posts: they can't be read, and the tool won't try to get around that.
- Videos and comments inside a post: not downloaded.
- Deleted posts: gone for good.
- Rights: the images belong to whoever posted them. Saving them for yourself is one thing; reposting or using them commercially needs the creator's permission.
FAQ
Are the images original quality?
Yes. The tool requests the largest version YouTube stores, which is usually sharper than what you see on the post. If you need a smaller file, pick Large, Medium or Small under each image.
How are the files named?
ChannelName_PostID_Number, for example MrBeast_UgkxzJ6r_1.jpg, so a folder full of downloads stays in order.
Can I download members-only posts?
No. Only public posts can be downloaded. The tool never tries to get around membership or sign-in.
Do I need an extension or an account?
No. It runs in your browser. There is no sign-up and no ads.
